There was time when I felt down, always tired , anxious, bloated and start to have a constantly pain in my stomach. Then was time for me a change...I slowly make my transition to the plant based diet which help me to live a healthier life and never look back.

I know how hard to navigate in life between diets and how difficult can be to start a journey without any previous knowledge. There is some basic information which can really help you start and understand about the Whole Food Plant Based Diet. If you have start before and stuck or you completely new to it will give you lot of information and help my course. And not only you will learn about food I would like to create a new lifestyle which helps you to live better .



Food - Eat well



I believe we are what we eat.

A plant based diet consist of exclusively plant foods, including fruits , vegetables grains and legumes and avoids meat, dairy and eggs.

It is called diet but I think is more like a lifestyle.


Move -excersice

Move your body regularly its necessary,

you can just change so much with a 30 minutes walk.

Sleep well


Our body needs rest in order to function,

6-8 hours sleep is optimal.


Feel well - Live well


In order to feel well in your body

You need to feel well inside and outside.
